THE MOST POWERFUL DATA AVAILABLE

Welcome to my Market Report page.

I’m going to take a shot at explaining what you’ll be seeing in these reports and the best way to use them.

The following example is for North Redondo Beach 90278 (yes, I know that’s a big surprise). The data is not live - these are screenshots. The links will take you to live data which is up to date.

Here’s some pre-set reports to start with. Change the city or zip for the data you are looking for. Results open in a new window.

Here’s what you’ll see above the fold:

On the very top, even before you get started, you can switch to another city or zip code. So if let’s say you wanted to see North and South Redondo Beach combined, you would type in Redondo Beach, CA and then choose from the pop up screen.

Next you’ll see that you can choose to view the data as for either houses (SFRs) or condos which also includes townhouses.

Unfortunately you can not combine different cities or look at blended reports for both houses and condos. But those might be of limited value anyway.

On the left is the half wheel indicating whether we are in a Buyer’s or Seller’s market. Pretty straight forward.

The left side of the screen is a summary of all the different reports that are available.

Let’s take a look at how to access more detail of these reports and drill down to the market segments.

Two important options to be aware of here.

1) there’s a small down arrow next after “Median List Price”. That’s where you will find the pull down menu for the other reports such as Price Per Sq Ft, Days on Market, etc.

2) When you check off the “Market Segment” box, the results change to show the data divided into 4 price categories.

Here’s what that looks like:

Lastly, let’s take a look at some options found in the header at the top of the page.

If you want to get updates, you can subscribe to the report of your choice.

If you have questions, you can call me.

And to share the reports you can email, print a full report or single page or share it on social media.
