These examples are calculating the “listing side” only assuming you are paying the listing Brokerage 5% evenly split between the Buyer’s and Seller’s Agents.

Let’s do an example together.
Selling price = $1,750,000. Instead of paying the listing agent $43,750 (calculated at 2.5%) or $52,500 (calculated at 3%) you pay only $17,500 plus the Buyer’s Agent’s commission.
