When I listed this Duplex in the 100 block of the Hermosa Beach Sand Section, both the Sellers and I had to agree that while the most likely outcome would be that a developer would buy it, it would really be a shame to see this super cure highly updated and remodeled property be knocked down.
But that’s progress as we know it.
While the lot is a little bit tight for building 2 Townhomes, that is the inevitable fate of this site. A builder will have to deal with both the City of Hermosa Beach as well as the Coastal commission and that probably isn’t going to be a lot of fun.
Meanwhile though, these two units are tenant ready for renting.
