Newfield: Gated Townhome Community in Gardena

As I’ve been driving around the South Bay over the last few years I started to notice some new master planned communities popping up located at what I would call the borders of residential and commercial areas.

One of the largest, and oldest, is ThreeSixty South Bay in Hawthorne. Most everyone is familiar with that community and it fits the description perfectly: north of the SFRs in Hollyglen but also bordering commercial on El Segundo Blvd. Another example, also in Hawthorne, would be Fusion on Aviation Blvd.

Since I often drive down Artesia Blvd to the 110 I am familiar with Artesia Sq. Another one in Gardena that just came to my attention is Newfield located almost at the corner of Normandie and Rosecrans. It is a gated community of 96 three and four bedroom three level townhomes that was built in 2017 by KB homes with a contemporary feel and a number of energy efficient features.

The reason I mention all his is I have a new listing at Newfield. It is a 4 bedroom almost 1900 Sq Ft unit priced at $699,000 that is so similar to the townhomes that I have previously sold in Playa Vista and ThreeSixty that I just have to smile.
