Like really hot. If you didn’t know we were in the middle of a pandemic and everyone wasn’t doing showings with masks on, you wouldn’t know the difference between what’s going on now and other seller markets.

And yes, I know you are reading my other blog posts stating that over all sales are down. They are. But the competition for the limited number of available properties is brutal. Possibly the fiercest I’ve ever seen.
